Installation Part 2: Malapropisms

Malapropism is a literary term describing the accidental misuse of word in a sentence that sounds like the appropriate word.
Although there is no deep meaningful concept about my work, this literary term runs parallel with the essence of it.
I am using the elements of a lamp in an installation.

Sculpture 6

Sculpture Six has been experimental phase for me. Actually thinking about my color palette and how to connect pieces together. Through a trial and error of nuts and bolts, different phlanges, and shapes and sizes...the one that has worked for me the best is having spacers of wood between the pieces. also, using the dry wall screws and rubber washers worked out great. Need more coats of polyurethane.

Random Pieces

Random pieces that i never showed in critic in the past and just glazed recently.

Functional Pottery

Independent Study in functional pottery. This really helped with craft and making my sculptural pieces lighter.
